Personal Touch Hair Salon is a full service salon operating in Rogersville, TN. In addition to offering all hair services, we also offer manicures, pedicures, and skin care services. Personal Touch has been in Rogersville for 17 years and owned by Theresa Vaughn. She started out in the old Gilpin Building (next to Taco Bell) then later moved to the old Carroll Grocery Building on Hwy 11W across from the Holiday Inn. Her last move was into the present location on Armstrong Road across from Otis Home Center where she has been for the last five years.
Theresa has been a hairstylist for over 30 years and has established herself as, among other things, a color expert. She prides herself on the cleaniness of the shop, the attention to the customer, and a heartfelt desire to have her customers truly enjoy the time they spend in her shop. With the addition of the skin care services, she is trying to deliver a true relaxing atomsphere for her customers to escape the regular daily grind and take a few moments to relax and refresh while having their hair styled, nails done or a skin care treatment. Theresa has always wanted to have the kind of shop that lets the customer know that they are more than a customer, they are treasured friends.
